Summer has produced and co-produced a variety of projects regionally and in New York City.
She has produced independent short films, Off-Broadway and off-off Broadway theater productions and multi-media projects, an annual Awards Gala honoring Cynthia Nixon and the late Wendy Wasserstein and a New Works theater reading series.

She is a managing partner of Choice Films Inc. and Choice Theatricals and current projects include: the short film A Younger Man (film shoot wrapped on June 27th, 2010), the upcoming feature film "Junction" (scheduled for fall 2010) and Tony Glazer's new plays, American Stare (season announcement coming soon) as well as, The Homeless Dogs of Egypt (New York Premiere fall/winter 2010). Summer is a member of the Screen Actors Guild Producers Union and serves as the President of the Board of Directors at the T. Schreiber Studio in New York City. She is also a company member and member of the Board of Directors of The Private Theatre, NY.
